We expect our guests to separate their waste. Under the sink there are waste bins for separation of plastic, glass and tins in one waste basket and other waste in the second one. Collect larger quantities of paper separately and bring directly to the container. When waste bins in your room are full or you are checking out, take the respective waste sacks to the area left of the parking where you can dispose of them in containers.
There is no smoking inside the apartments and also in the courtyard. If needed, please smoke outside and dispose of the cigarette butts in waste bins. In case of smoking inside the apartment, we reserve the right to charge the cost of re-painting the apartment.
The house has adjacent apartments and shared courtyard for guests. We ask our guests to respect the right for privacy and observe quiet hours between 9 pm and 7:30 am or whenever guests with a special need (e.g. small child) ask for your courtesy. We aim to have all clients happy and create a community of respectful people. If you plan a celebration or a party, talk to us and we will try to accommodate it without an adverse effect on other guests.
With respect to all guests and the surrounding nature, pets are not allowed on the premises. Bringing a pet requires an explicit prior agreement with the host.
Each apartment has its own heating unit with a temperature control box in the living room (for the capanna unit, it is located in the lounge). To turn the heating on, turn the switch on the bottom of the control box to the left. Adjust the desired temperature by rotating the dial. If you want a colder temperature in bedrooms, close the valves of the respective radiator.
